PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply and equipment using it which can restrain spread of flame at the minimum, prevent other components from catching fire and improve degree of freedom for an arrangement and a structure of various components and an appearance design even if a fire breaks out by an operating of the equipment. SOLUTION: Even if a fire breaks out at a connection terminal 4a by the operating condition of the equipment, a flame shielding plate 7 made of a resin composition having flame resistance can suppress the upward spread of the flame from the connection terminal 4a where the fire breaks, at the minimum.
