PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone that can automatically select an optimum communication mode. SOLUTION: When the mobile phone 100 selecting one communication mode among communication modes enters a sphere of influence by a PHS office station base station placed in an office and detects the PHS office station base station, a mode switching control section 112 selects a PHS office mode being a mode under which the mobile phone makes communication with the PHS office station base station with priority and interrupts power of a PDC(Personal Digital Cellular) radio section 104 and a PDC control section 105 controlling the communication of a PDC mode. |
