<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep holding force of an arm part opposed to a male terminal and insertion resistance of the male terminal constant. SOLUTION: A fitting part 12 which can be fitted into a male connector 30 is provided at a relay connector 10, and in this fitting part 12, a storage chamber 14 is provided in the recessed shape for storing a pair of arm parts 22 constituting an end of a relay terminal 20 buried in a housing 11. Between both arm parts 22, an insertion groove 23 to which a male terminal 34 of the male connector 30 can be inserted from above is provided. Both arm parts 22 are provided with a deflection allowing hole 25, and a fixed part 26 fixed to the housing 11 by being brought into contact with a wall face 14B of the containing chamber 14 with this deflection allowing hole 25 between them and an elastic movable part 27 which is capable of elastic deformation into the deflection allowing hole 25 in the opposed state. When the male terminal 34 is inserted into the insertion groove 23, the male terminal 34 presses a contact projection 28 projected at the elastic movable part 27, and the elastic movable part 27 is retracted into the deflection allowing hole 27 while elastically deformed.</p> |
