PURPOSE: A process of preparing a meat product by infusing a liquid food supplementary material into a blood vessel under pressure immediately after slaughter and then cutting is provided. Whereby, the meat product is rich in various nutrients beneficial to health, and various kinds of meat are obtained. CONSTITUTION: Blood is taken out from meat after slaughter. A blood vessel inlet pipe with a diameter of 3 to 7mm is introduced into the blood vessel of the meat. A liquid food supplementary material containing fruit, vegetable, crude drug material, seasoning, flavoring or the like is infused thereinto by applying pressure. Thus the obtained meat product contains 3 to 5% by weight of the liquid food supplementary material. |
