PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a packet communication terminal as the terminal of a voice speech telephone set and as one of a plurality of telephone terminals per one family even when the terminal is installed fixed at a place where a television set is placed such as a living room in order to use the terminal as a video telephone system. SOLUTION: By constituting separately a main body part 100 which consists of one video codec 101, a video packetizing control part 107, a call control system part 109 and a protocol control part 110 and a speech terminal part 100 which consists of at least one audio codec 201 and an audio packetizing control part 207, a speech telephone terminal part can be used as a movable speech telephone terminal and and as a plurality of speech telephone terminals with a single ID. |
