PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance tag whose resonance function does not react after deacting the resonance function. SOLUTION: This resonance tag 200 is constituted such that a dielectric layer 12 is provided between a first electrical conductive layer 10 and a second electrical conductive layer 22 formed like substantial loop and the dielectric layer 12 has one continuous cutout groove or a plurality of mutually parallel continuous cutout grooves 20 on at least one face. Preferably, the continuous cutout grooves 20 are provided by grazing while pressing a surface of the dielectric layer by a groove formation member 44.
