PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing deterioration of equipment, which can predict the residual life of equipment with high accuracy at low cost. SOLUTION: This highly accurate deterioration diagnosing method is obtained by acquiring mass data of the history of measured data of equipment to be diagnosed, attributes data of the equipment, thereby effectively managing and processing the mass data and the attributes data. In the method, a server for unitarily managing and processing the mass data is prepared, and a measuring instrument brought into the site of the diagnosis object facilities id connected to the server through a communication network, transmits measured data to the server and receives diagnosis results from the server. In diagnosis work, the diagnosis results can be obtained in real time by utilizing the communication network in this way to simplify the diagnosis work, and therefore a reduction in cost can be realized. Also, the diagnosis work is preferably carried out while the server decides the existence/absence of the reliability of the measured data in real time. Accordingly, measuring mistakes can be reduced, needed measurement data can be surely acquired, and therefore, a highly accurate deterioration diagnosis can be realized. |
