INFORMATION PROCESSING UNIT AND CLOCK CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit that revises an operating frequency of itself so as not to interfere a wireless communication frequency band of a wireless module used for wireless communication thereby reducing the noise in the wireless communication. SOLUTION: The information processing unit that conducts wireless communication by mounting wireless modules B1, B2 is provided with a frequency circuit 14 that has clock oscillators A1, A2 that oscillate frequencies which are not in a relation of a constant number multiple to each other. A CPU 10 references a communication frequency information database 12b in clock control by a clock control program 12a to discriminate the frequency band used by the mounted wireless modules for wireless communication and allows a clock selection circuit 14a of a frequency circuit 14 to select a frequency not interfering the discriminated frequency band and is in operation by an operating clock of the frequency.
