PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon advertiser which does not collapse even when the balloon is bored with a hole or even when some air leaks therefrom. SOLUTION: The balloon advertiser consisting of a casing 1, a bag-shaped balloon 2 and a blast fan 3 is characterized in that a woven fabric of chemical fibers is used for the balloon 2 and the balloon 2 is kept inflated by continuously operating the blast fan 3.
