PURPOSE: A method for preventing the hesitation of the acceleration of a vehicle in the excessive generation of the evaporation gas is provided to prevent the hesitation in acceleration due to the generation of excessive amount of evaporation gas by decreasing an air-fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing the hesitation of the acceleration of a vehicle comprises the steps of deciding if a feedback injection control value outputted by an oxygen sensor is lower than a reference value(S10), deciding if the change rate of the feedback injection control values is a negative number(S20), storing a value inverted to a positive number as a final value(B) after storing the negative number as an initial value(A)(S30), calculating a proportional control value depending on the difference between the initial value and the final value(S40), and calculating an air-fuel ratio control value by adding the proportional control value to a reference air-fuel ratio control value(S50).
