PURPOSE: A selling system is provided to plan an accurate sale strategy by issuing a membership card to a member on the Internet or an off-line state, selling articles of a pre-cooperated manufacturing company and a member store to members as a discounted price, and receiving personal information and purchase information of a buyer on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: In a commodity selling system interlocked with a web server on the Internet for reading a membership card having member information and selling a commodity as a discounted price of a predetermined rate, a manufacturing company(100) manufactures a predetermined commodity and supplies the commodity as a discounted price of a predetermined rate. A member store(300) sells the commodity of the manufacturing company(100) to a consumer. A counter(400) checks a member in the member store(300), sells a commodity as a discounted price of a predetermined rate, and transmits selling information. A database(500) stores information of members and information with respect to the member store(300) and the manufacturing company(100). A web server(200) stores and manages the information in the database(500), manages purchase information of members and a selling amount of the member store(300), and analyzes a purchase tendency.
