PURPOSE: A scratch-preventing CD(Compact Disc) is provided to prevent the data recording part from directly contacting any part of a CD player for preventing the generation of interference, by forming protrusions under a rim part. CONSTITUTION: A scratch-preventing CD includes a data recording part(4) formed on a bottom surface, and a rim part(5) formed at an edge part of the data recording part with a protrusion(1) at a lower part, wherein the height(a) of the protrusion is smaller than a height(b) of a disc securing part(7) to be secured to a disc fixing shaft(6), and the protrusion is formed under the entire rim part for fully surrounding the rim part or a plurality of protrusions are formed under the rim part by a uniform interval.
