PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag for bag-in-box, which makes contents fall by turning the bag upside down and makes an inner layer bag pulled out to be easily inverted, and a method for taking out food. SOLUTION: An intake hole is provided in an outer layer bag, or a width of a bottom of the inner layer bag is made smaller than that of an opening of the inner layer bag.
