PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalytic converter device capable of reducing the number of part items and facilitating mounting work. SOLUTION: This catalytic converter device is provided with a catalytic converter having a catalyst holding part storing a carrier holding catalyst for purifying exhaust gas from an engine and flange parts provided at both ends of the catalyst holding part and a cylindrical thermal insulation plate constituted by fixing members split into two circular arc shapes arranged opposingly through a join part and provided with a restriction part at one end. The thermal insulation plate covers the catalytic converter from the flange part on one side over the catalyst holding part, the restriction part is brought into pressure- contact with the catalytic converter, and the other end side covers the flange part on one side and is fixed to the flange part by welding.
