PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative cover device for engine, capable of reducing the influence of the engine heat and/or oil on the wirings for injectors and ignition coil devices. SOLUTION: A wiring structure 1 is configured with wirings 7 for a plurality of ignition coil devices 3 and a plurality of injectors 5 being mounted in the engine are incorporated therein, in an integrated condition. The decorative cover 10 is furnished with a plurality of mounting bosses 10a and a plurality of locking claws 12. By the use of these claws 12, a housing part 1a of the wiring structure 1 can be installed removably. The decorative cover 10 is removably installed on a cylinder head cover 11, in the condition that the connector part on each coil side of the housing part 1a be connected with each ignition coil device 3.
