PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve pipe carrying efficiency. SOLUTION: In a factory, a carrying vehicle is loaded with pipes having a different diameter by inserting small diameter pipes 11, 12, etc., into a large diameter pipe 10 so that the pipes are housed in the largest diameter pipe 10, and the carrying vehicle travels to construction fields in order from a construction field requiring the smallest diameter pipe to the construction field requiring the largest diameter pipe. Carrying efficiency is improved by carrying the pipes with the multiple-pipe structure, and the working efficiency is improved by unloading in order from the smallest diameter pipe. The pipes 10, 11, etc., are loaded by placing a first pipe 10 on a block 1 on the carrying vehicle, inserting a second pipe 11 into the pipe 10 for housing through a carriage 20, inserting a third pipe into the second pipe 11 through the carriage 20, and the required number of pipes are thereby housed in the first pipe 10 by repeating the insertion for housing. The carriage 20 is provided with a right and a left rollers 22 in the lateral direction in front and rear of a frame 21, and the frame 21 is connected freely to be folded at an intermediate position in the lateral direction to cope with a change of the pipe diameter.
