PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and an image formation system using the apparatus which contributes capable of to convenience of a user by smoothly replacing toner and making the user desire to continuously purchase genuine toner with high quality by managing the toner. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is characterized by that a toner bottle to be loaded is provided with an ID chip on which a nonvolatile ROM in which information regarding the toner can be recorded is mounted and a control CPU of the image forming apparatus main body can interpret the information regarding the toner.
