PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a device body, capable of being attached to a ceiling opening so small as the same for a conventional ventilating fan, and provide a heating and ventilating device, compact in appearance and nice in looking. SOLUTION: The heating and ventilating device is provided with the device body 1 installed so as to be inserted into the opening 50a of a ceiling 50 for a bathroom or the like, an air discharging means 5 provided in the device body 1 to suck the indoor air of the bathroom or the like and discharge the same to the outside of the room, an air sending means 4 for sucking the indoor air of the bathroom or the like and sending the same into the room and a heater 7 arranged in an air sending duct 6 to the inside of the room while the device body 1, larger than the opening 50a of ceiling, is constituted so as to be capable of being installed on the rear side of the ceiling 50 through the opening 50a of ceiling. |
