PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging device of a recording medium capable of keeping recording accuracy high without scratching the recording medium, and a recording device having the discharging device. SOLUTION: This discharging device comprises a discharge driving roller 149 disposed in the downstream in the conveying direction of the recording medium and first and second rollers, namely first and second discharge pressing rollers 148a and 148b driven by the discharge driving roller, disposed substantially continuously in this order. The first roller is separated from the second roller inversely to the conveying direction, and is turnably journalled to a holder having a mounting member of which locking part is faced to only one way of the main scanning direction. Thus, the first roller and the second roller can be separated from each other by a predetermined distance. Therefore, even when the first and second rollers are fixed without being energized by the energizing means to the discharge driving roller differently from conventional movable rollers, the first and second rollers can certainly press the recording medium with a lever force corresponding to the predetermined distance.
