PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move two lens groups, that is, a front group lens and a rear group lens forward from a housing position even when the inclination of a cam groove is made lenient in a lens barrel having the front group and the rear group lenses. SOLUTION: This lens barrel is provided with a front group lens frame guided to straight advance in an optical axis direction while supporting the front group lens, a rear group lens frame supporting the rear group lens, follower pins respectively formed on the two lens frames and a cam ring where a cam groove in which the follower pin is engaged is formed, and which is turned. The shaped cam groove is equipped with a moving section for the front group lens and the rear group lens and a housing section for the front group lens and the rear group lens, and a selective straight advance guiding mechanism for relatively turning the rear group lens to the front group lens in the vicinity of the housing position and making them straightly advance in the moving section is constituted between the front group lens and the rear group lens. |
