PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taping machine which can be operated by any person by automating control to adjust an operation timing of the taping machine. SOLUTION: Driving speeds and the like of a measuring instrument 61 which measures characteristics of a chip 200, a CCD camera 62 which captures image data of the chip 200, a chip transfer unit 63 which transfers the chip 200 of which the quality is discriminated to be good or defective to the outside or post-processes, a chip inserting unit 5 which inserts the chip 200 into an inserting hole 100a of a carrier tape 100, a carrier tape transfer unit 31 which transfers the carrier tape 100 and a rotary heater 8 which bonds a bottom tape 101 are detected as signals and an automatic control of each unit is carried out by a panel computer 1 based on the signals. As each unit is automatically controlled by the panel computer 1, anybody can easily adjust the timing of the taping machine 2.
