PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide driving equipment capable of moving a rope body on a rope body moving route with hardly hanging the rope body. SOLUTION: The endless rope body 41 is wound between a pair of ring bodies 33 and 37 having rotation axial centers 35 and 39 of the longitudinal directions and a driving means 40 interlocked and connected with the one ring body 37 is provided. Bodies 48 to be supported are provided at a plurality of portions on a lower part of the rope body 41. A supporting body 49 for receiving the bodies 48 to be supported from a lower side and guiding the bodies 48 to be supported is provided along the rope body moving route 50. By rotating the one ring body 37 forward and backward by driving the driving means 40, the rope body 41 wound between the one ring body 37 and the other ring body 33 can be moved on the rope body moving route 50. The rope body 41 can be moved by supporting and guiding a group of the bodies 48 to be supported on the supporting body 49 with hardly hanging the rope body 41 by gravity and without allowing the rope body 41 to abut on the supporting body 49.
