PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an traveling device for a service vehicle capable of easily arranging and constructing a lifting/lowering driving link mechanism and the like for a lifting/lowering traveling device without requiring any device avoiding interference with another apparatus. SOLUTION: In a right side crawler device 1, a track frame 17, to which a plurality of ground rolling wheels 10 are journalled freely rotationally, can be driven to be lifted/lowered to a traveling machine body 2, and a movable side track frame 17 can be freely lifted/lowered in parallel by means of a pair of front and rear driving arms 18 and 18. For arranging fulcrum shafts for the driving arms 18 and 18, two lateral connection frames 9 each connected between machine body longitudinal left and right main frames 7 and 7 are arranged on the front and rear side individually, and the fulcrum shafts for the driving arms 18 and 18 are arranged between the front connection frame 9 and the rear connection frame 9 positioned on the front and rear sides.
