The invention relates to a support for an axial impulse device for gaseous fluids and, in particular, a support intended to be used to insert one such helicoidal, helicentrifugal or similar device in a conduit having a smaller diameter. The inventive support consists of at least two independent support legs (5, 5A), each of which comprises half of an annular ribbed flange (15A) and means for articulating and fixing the other free half (15B). Said annular flange assemblies can be used simultaneously to hold pairs of juxtaposed assembly parts (7, 6) belonging to a part for connecting to the conduit (3) and a truncated cone-shaped adapter (2), which connects to the casing of the axial impulse device. Said support legs (5, 5A) are interconnected by means of a resistant plate connector (18) which is fitted with automatic means for connecting to the base of each support leg and which can be used to fix the axial impulse device to a wall.
