PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water adhesive suitable for dry lamination and containing a urethane component with good adhesivity and water resistance. SOLUTION: The water adhesive contains (a) an aqueous dispersion obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer in a dispersion containing the vinyl monomer and a neutralized product of a carboxyl-containing urethane prepolymer having isocyanate group, (b) an epoxy resin and (c) an acid hydrazide or an imidazole compound having hydantoin skeleton.
