PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb vibration reaction force generated by vibration of a movable base in a linear feeder. SOLUTION: A vibration control plate spring 3 for connecting a fixed base C1 constituting the linear feeder A1 to a base D1 is positioned along a lateral direction. The vibration control plate spring 3 is deflectibly vibrated only on a reference plane S tilted in an installation angleθwith respect to a horizontal plane. Thus, the vibration reaction force generated by the vibration of the movable base B1 is absorbed.
