PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method of a ventilating fan without being required for opening a hole in a wall of a building skeleton and involving no risk even in work at a height such as an apartment house or the like. SOLUTION: The ventilating device consisting of a fan unit placed on the rear side of a plate, a duct cover placed on the front side of the plate and an exhaust duct connecting the fan unit to the duct cover by passing through the plate can be applied to a window section of the building skeleton. |
