PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of caulking workability, while suppressing an increase in size of an intercooler. SOLUTION: The thickness (t) of a site (a site T indicated by a thick two- dotted broken line) which is at least plastically deformed of a protruding part 121b to be caulked is formed thinner than other sites. Thus, the bending rigidity of the protruding part 121b becomes small, and hence the part 121b can be bent (plastically deformed) by a relatively small force. Accordingly, the caulking work (caulking step) can be easily executed without increasing the length L (the length from the tip end of the part 121b to a bent part 121c. Even when the thickness of the plate 121 is also increased to improve the pressure resistance of the intercooler 100, the deterioration of the workability of the caulking work can be prevented while suppressing the increase in the size of the intercooler 100.
