PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rear seat back excellent in part member management, conveyance and assembling properties, reduced in operations on the car body assembling line to minimum, and having a good appearance. SOLUTION: This rear seat back 3 is provided with a fixing plate 6 where a storage part 5 passing through the longitudinal direction of the rear seat back is provided like crossing the storage part back face and having a through hole 6a being a portion to be connected to the car panel side, a forward folding type arm rest 4, and a screen board 11 which is located in front of the fixing plate 6 and is provided to cover the back face of the storage part. The fixing plate 6 has a board mounting part 12 protruding downward. The screen board 11 is so provided that the upper side part 11a including a part being in contact with the fixing plate 6 can be folded to front of the storage part 5 relative to the lower side part 11b, in the state that the screen board is mounted on the board mounting part 12. When the rear seat back 3 is mounted on the car body panel side, the upper side part 11a of the screen board 11 is bent on the arm rest 4 folded forward to expose the fixing plate 6 for performing fixing operation to the panel 20 side.
