METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MULTILAYERED MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a soft multilayered molded product having a good feel by one mold without increasing the resin amount of a soft material. SOLUTION: The cavity space of a mold is filled with a first resin to mold a base material and the volume of the cavity space is subsequently changed by utilizing the mold closing operation of a mold clamping device to generate a gap in the cavity space and the gap is filled with a second resin having foaming properties to foam the second resin to obtain the soft multilayered molded product having the good feel. Foamed layers are laminated by foaming the base material resin to largely enhance the feel of the multilayered molded product to obtain the multilayered molded product having a high grade feeling.
