PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques to decrease contamination on the surface of optical parts to be used for a projector or the like. SOLUTION: The optical parts 310G have a light transmitting member 301 and a light-transmitting film TF formed on the light transmitting member. The light transmitting film TF consists of a semiconductor photocatalyst film PCF constituting the outer surface of the optical parts and ah antistatic film ASF formed between the semiconductor photocatalyst film PCF and the light transmitting member 301. |
