<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance control system allowing a supplier side to control abnormal information generated on a user side as well as to urge a user to take a preventive measure. SOLUTION: A plurality of machine tools 40 and user control devices 30 are connected, and the plurality of user control devices 30 and a supplier control device 10 are connected via a network 5. A control device of the machine tools 40 monitors a signal on a driving part and/or an internal signal of the control device, detects whether or not the signal is an abnormal signal, and transmits the abnormal information corresponding to the abnormal signal to the user control devices 30. The user control devices 30 transmit the received abnormal information to the supplier control device 10. The supplier control device 10 analyzes the abnormal information received from the user control devices in accordance with the user and the machine tools, generates support information according to the abnormal information, and transmits the generated support information to the user control devices 30.</p> |
