<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of automatically continuously and efficiently manufacturing a synthetic resin hose having diametrally expanded port side parts in both end parts. SOLUTION: Every time when molding a hose subject having the prescribed length by spirally winding a soft synthetic resin belt-like material while superposing the soft synthetic resin belt-like material of a half melting state on a molding rotary shaft, a cylindrical diametrally expanded port side part molding member is put on the molding rotary shaft in succession to this hose subject, the belt-like material is continuously spirally wound on this molding member from the rear end of the hose subject, and the diametrally expanded port parts are formed. Afterwards, these diametrally expanded port side parts are divided into two parts, and the synthetic resin hose having the diametrally expanded port side parts in both end parts is obtained. The molding member is extracted from the diametrally expanded port side parts, and is reused.</p> |
