PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an Fe based amorphous alloy thin strip which has excellent soft magnetic properties in an alternating current while maintaining high magnetic flux density even in a compositional range in which the content of Fe is high. SOLUTION: The Fe based amorphous alloy thin strip having high magnetic flux density has a composition consisting of, by atom, >82 to 90% Fe, 2 to <4% Si, >5 to 16% B, 0.02 to 4% C and 0.2 to 12% P as the main elements with inevitable impurities. The thin strip has Bs after annealing of >=1.74 T and B80 of >1.5 T, and has low core loss of <=0.12 W/kg. |
