PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a probe carrier, capable of producing a high quality probe carrier efficiently in a high yield, and a device for the same. SOLUTION: The device for producing the probe carrier is provided by arranging plural chambers by centralizing a conveying means for conveying the carrier, arranging liquid-ejecting heads in these plural chambers, controlling >=50%, preferably >=60% atmospheric humidity at plural nozzles of the liquid ejecting heads ejecting the liquid droplets of a solution containing the probe on the surface of the carrier, also desirably controlling the humidity in the other chambers such as a testing chamber, conveying chamber similarly, further constituting a part of a supplying passage to the above plural nozzles with a gas permeable membrane capable of separating gas and liquid under a reduced pressure, making such parts under a reduced pressure collectively, removing bubbles from the solution supplied to the plural nozzles, also reducing the amount of residual dissolved gas becoming the cause of the bubble generation and also not allowing the carrier surface to be dried until the completion of the probe imparting. |
