PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape length adjustor which can adjust tapes to the optimum length to match the physical constitution or the like of a person who carries the sack on his back by enabling expanding of the adjustable range of the length of the tapes mounted on the sack or the like. SOLUTION: A locking body 9 is rotatably mounted on a frame 7 and the frame 7 is so arranged as to be mountable on one of two tapes being free to move along the length thereof. The body 9 is so arranged to be mountable on the other tape being free to move along the length thereof while being made to rotate with respect to the frame 7 to stop the tape mounted on the frame 7.
