PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice-cake making machine which prevents direct contact with a boiler and is capable of efficiently feeding steam generated in the boiler to a hopper. SOLUTION: The rice-cake making machine is provided with a hopper housing part 10 obtained by recessing a top plate, the hopper 12 to be fitted to a hopper housing part 10, a boiler 20 to be fitted so as to open on the top plate, a lid 27 opening and closing the upper surfaces of the part 10 the boiler 20, and an inner lid 23 to be fitted to the opening of the upper surface of the boiler 20. |
