摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining a steel-based material and an aluminum-based material, by which method a joined part which has no crack and a sufficiently high joined strength is available. SOLUTION: The steel-based material 1 and the aluminum-based material 2, which are the materials to be welded, are integrated by being scanned with such a beam (tailored beam) having a high energy density as an electron beam or a laser beam 4 while a silver-based, a silver-copper-based, or a copper-based (Cu-based) filler wire 3 is inserted between the materials to be welded in away that the molten ratio of the steel-based material, the aluminum-based material, and the filler wire becomes, by wt., (50 to 90)%:(1 to 5)%:(5 to 49)% (100% in total).</p>
