PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple legation device capable of continuously conducting legation for a varix or internal hemorrhoids with an endoscope inserted in the body cavity. SOLUTION: In this multiple legation device, at least two or more legation rings mounted on the device are separated one by one. A groove parallel to the central axis is provided in the outer periphery of the inner cylinder of the device, the slide cylinder of the device is projected inward to be fitted to the groove shape of the inner cylinder, whereby the tip outside the projected part is recessed backward to improve sliding performance of the slide cylinder and effectively function a separation detecting means.
