The fireproof flap comprises a flap leaf which has a perforated plate (4) on both leaf sides as acoustic transparent outer surface part. The flap leaf is filled with a sound absorbing inner, insulating material (5). The insulating material consists of a fireproof mineral absorption material, and is split into at least two layers which enclose at least one solid fireproof insulating material.
