PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet food or feed improved in an uncomfortable smell caused from animal proteins, especially meats and free from imparting an uncomfortable feeling without requiring a complicated process only by replacing a part or the whole of a fat and oil with a specific fat and oil. SOLUTION: This pet food or feed containing the specific fat and oil composition comprises (A) >=10 wt.% of a diglyceride comprising >=50 wt.% of a 14-24C unsaturated fatty acid and <=40 wt.% of a >=20C unsaturated fatty acid having >=4 double bonds in the fatty acid composing the diglyceride and (B) <=20 wt.% of a nonesterified fatty acid and the weight ratio of the diglyceride to a monoglyceride is represented by (diglyceride/monoglyceride) >=1. |
