PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal machine which smoothly leads a fermentation product overflowed from an overflow port installed at a disposal tank to a discharge tray. SOLUTION: This invention is related to a garbage disposal machine which has an overflow port at a tank wall of a disposal tank to dispose a stored garbage to the designated fermentation product, and leads the fermentation product overflowed from this overflow port to the discharge tray installed at lower portion of the disposal tank through a discharge shooter. This disposal machine features in that the bottom end of the discharge shooter enters into the discharge tray and the discharge shooter can be swung.
