SOLUTION: Regarding the punch die P, the height adjustment of the blade edge 31A of a punch body 31 is carried out by the combination of the positioning pin 39, which is installed on the retainer collar 35 and the punch guide 30, and a plurality of engaging holes 38. An elastic body 36 is installed on the retainer collar 35 or the punch guide 30, and grooves 40, 41 engaging with the elastic body 36 are formed having a plurality of stages in the vertical direction.
