PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger which is prevented from falling out from a cylinder of the plunger and stably pushes out a loaded substance by a force being at least a specified value. SOLUTION: In a plunger 5 for pushing out the loaded substance in the cylinder by means of a pushing head 31 by applying a force on a plunger tail 32, a part 34 for preventing the plunger from falling out and a part 35 for resisting to pushing in are provided. The part 34 for preventing the plunger from falling out is a thin sheet part extending in the vertical direction around a plunger shaft 33a. The part 35 for resisting to pushing in is located to the plunger tail 32 side from the part 34 for preventing the plunger from falling out and is extended in the vertical direction around the shaft 33a and in a thin sheet-like shape and larger than the cylinder diameter and is brought into contact with the outer face of the peripheral edge face of an inserting opening for the plunger of the cylinder and is broken when a force loaded on the plunger tail 32 becomes to a specified value or larger to push out the loaded substance by a force of a specified force or larger.
