PURPOSE: Structure for fixing a mesh bumper of a vehicle is provided to prevent breakage of a bumper fascia in assembling and disassembling and facilitate assembling and disassembling. CONSTITUTION: Structure for fixing a mesh bumper(1') of a vehicle includes a flange portion(2c) formed on a ventilating hole formed to a bumper fascia(2'); a flange portion(1b) of the mesh bumper overlapped to the inner surface of the flange portion; plural fixing holes(1c,2d) formed to the vertical line corresponding along the circumference of the flange portion of the bumper fascia and the flange portion of the mesh bumper; and a combining device(4) combined, passing through the fixing holes. The combining unit fixes the mesh bumper to a ventilating hole of the bumper fascia. Thus, the mesh bumper is easily assembled and disassembled, without breakage of the bumper fascia.
