<p>PURPOSE:To improve the vibration efficiency of the sound-board of an upright piano. CONSTITUTION:This post 10 integrally has a main body part 12 and a rim part 14 and is provided with an impregnated part 16 by impregnating nearly over the entire part of this rim part 14 and part of the man body part 12 with a curing resin and curing the resin. The sound-board 20 is adhered to the joint surface 18 of the rim part 14. Since the post 10 is integrated with the rim part 14 and the main body part 12, the need for an operation to join both is eliminated. Since the joint part of the rim part 14 and the main body part 12 does not exist, the vibration loss in the joint part does not arise either. Then, the vibration efficiency of the sound-board 20 is improved. Further, the rim part 14 is cured by impregnating of the curing resin in the region including the joint surface 18 and, therefore, the hardness of the rim part 14 is improved. As a result, the vibration efficiency of the sound-board 20 is additionally improved.</p> |
