PURPOSE: An online lecture service method is provided to attach an identification code on a theory, included in a printed textbook, applied when a question is solved, and to enable a user to input the identification code on the theory over an online network, and then to offer lecture data on the theory to the user. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a service provider distributing printed textbook, used in an online lecture, over an offline supply channel(S400), a user accessing a web server of the service provider if the user finds something not to be understood in the textbook(S401), the user passing a user authentication procedure or subscribing for the service provider as a member by inputting personal data(S402-S405), the web server displaying a lecture list and an identification code input menu(S406), the user requesting a lecture data by inputting an identification code attached on the theory not to be understood in the textbook(S407), the web server checking if the user owns cyber money enough to receive the requested lecture(S408), the web server displaying a message of "not enough cyber money" in a case that the user does not own the cyber money enough to receive the lecture(S409), the web server transmitting the requested lecture data to the user in a case that the user owns the cyber money enough to receive the lecture(S410), the web server settling the usage fee of the lecture data with the cyber money(S411) and the web server updating the user data, for example, the cyber money or a received lecture, in a user management database(S412). |
