PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for mixing and grinding ultrafine powder uniformly by using ultrasonic waves, which prevents the ground fine powder from attaching to the surfaces of a ball and a mill and breaks the coagulation of the ground fine powder. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for mixing and grinding the ultrafine powder comprises an ultrasonic power device(7) for generating the ultrasonic waves, a sealed cylindrical mill(2) containing the mixed and ground material(8) of the ultrafine powder, ultrasonic oscillators(1) attached around the mill(2), a rotation device for rotating the mill(2), a rotary feeder through power supply device(3) for supplying power to the rotation device, and an agitator, wherein the rotation device comprises a motor(6), a belt(5) transmitting the rotation force of the motor(6), and a bearing(4).
