PURPOSE: Provided are a study apparatus for infants and a study method using the study apparatus, which use a study program downloaded through an internet and stored in an outer storing medium. CONSTITUTION: The study apparatus contains: a USB memory pack(10) storing the study program; a monitor displaying the study program; a study terminal(100) to which the memory pack(10) is connected detachably, which performs the study program and supplies to the monitor; an input means(200) generating various control orders for controlling the study terminal(100) and selecting the study content according to the control orders. And the study method contains: storing the study program in the memory pack(10) by downloading through the internet; mounting the memory pack to the study terminal(100); changing the study program into an image signal through the study terminal(100) and displaying on the monitor; selecting items that users want from the study content displayed on the monitor.
