System formed by the integration of: an observation and measurement unit 1 which includes a thermal camera 11, complemented with a low-light-level video camera 12 and a laser range finder (telemeter) 13, all these placed in a goniometric support head 14 governed by an electronic control unit 16 and controlled by the user from a remote observation and actuation unit 2 formed by a central processing unit 21 associated with an interactive screen 22, which integrates the specific software in order to provide the user with all the characteristic functions of the cameras and range finder and to carry out sweeps and movements without it being necessary to do more than point, with a finger on the screen, towards the point of the image towards which it is desired to move the observation unit. <IMAGE>
